Do you realize how Blessed you are?
This Lent Season has been amazing!
As you have heard me say before, when the evil one attacks the most is when he knows were are doing our best in allowing God to work through us.
If you read the last blog you are aware of the "cutting the tip of the finger off" incident. Well that was the beginning. It seems every week there's more. All good indicators right. We keep marching on.
As I was working on the St. Joseph Parish bulletin, I was putting together this section of the bulletin and pondering on how blessed we are.

Most of our Parishes have an amazing line up of events for Holy Week.
When you participate, ENTER INTO what is going on to experience it. God is truly present. Can you feel HIM? Wow! It's almost beyond understanding. God is amazing. Jesus is amazing. Are there better words?
At our Parish, Estancia Valley Catholic Parish, we have similar events as St. Joseph's Parish. Our Pilgrimage walk is about 12 miles. Come join us.
If you have been involved in the many prayer and gathering options at your Parish, you have a better experience of Lent, Triduum, and Easter. It's a 40 day pilgrimage.
Most Parishes have Stations of the Cross every Friday in Lent, Fish-fries after or before stations, Penance Services, Missions, or as we have, Lenten Retreat Series on all Thursdays of Lent.
This Thursday is our last Session. (You are invited, in person or online)
There will be an opportunity at the end of this Thursday's Lenten Retreat Session for continued growth similar to this experience. Send an email to: Join
It has been such a blessing to spend this time with fellow Christians in our own areas as well as other Parishes. The best part is the sharing. We get to know each other as we share our thoughts and our insights and grow together. It is fun to hear the insights from those who are joining us online. We are all truly ONE Universal Church.
Thank you to all of you who have participated and made this Lent Season a wonderful experience.
I hope and pray you are a part of all the Holy Week activities going on in your Parishes as we all grow in our faith and in our relationship with Christ.
Have a Blessed Holy Week!
