Sometimes it's ok to feel sad

Feeling sad is tough.

Most of us struggle with feeling sad.

We don't like it and we want it to go away.

​

Sometimes we runaway from it.

​

Sometimes we just need to take time and let the feelings take their course.

​

The feelings pass through our body when we allow them.

​

They won't harm us unless we let them.
